Brethren, Knights and Guests:
It is my great honor and pleasure to welcome each of you to the 2011 Albuquerque Scottish Rite Club (ASRITE) Feast of Tishri Celebration Banquet and Silent Auction Fundraiser here in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico. This years Feast of Tishri Celebration Banquet and Silent Auction Fundraiser will be held on Friday, September 16th, 2011 at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid Hotel within their spacious 27,000 sq ft. Conference and Convention Center.
This celebration is a time honored tradition of Scottish Rite Freemasonry and ASRITE is proud to be hosting this event. We have several things lined up for you at this year’s Feast of Tishri to include ~ live music from the Giovanni String Quartet, an excellent dinner option with a choice of grilled fillet mignon and broiled shrimp with crab meat or vegetarian wellington, celebratory toasts, a wonderful guest speaker, and dancing following the evening events.
Another very important part of our Feast of Tishri Celebration Banquet is the Silent Auction Fundraiser supporting the New Mexico Scottish Rite Foundation ~ benefiting the RiteCare Children’s Dyslexia Learning Centers of New Mexico. Monies raised from this silent auction will go to support the New Mexico RiteCare Learning Centers, its speech / language therapists, and the children with reading difficulties we have promised to support.
We truly look forward to each of you joining us in Albuquerque on Friday, September 16th, 2011 for what promises to be a very memorable event for all.
